The amended Hunter's Point HOA By-Laws and CC&Rs have been approved by vote of the HOA homeowners. 

Next, the documents will be signed and notarized, then filed with the Secretary of State.

IMPROVEMENTS TO YOUR HOME

• You must submit an application before beginning any construction or improvement project on your home. Application must be approved before proceeding.  Download the Architectural Improvement Application Process instructions at the link below and follow the steps to submit your application.

• If you are planning to paint your house, you must file an application, even if you are planning to paint with the original colors. The approved color list is here.
