The Hunter's Point HOA By-Laws and CC&Rs are being updated. Click below to view or download current documents. 

Please read Rules and Procedures and submit Application before beginning any construction or improvement project. Application must be approved before proceeding.  There are two ways to submit an application:

1. Download the application below, fill it out and mail it to mlyons@snakeriverhoa.com.

2. Go to mygreencondo.net, login with the credentials given to you by Snake River HOA Management, select ARC/ARB Application: Create New, fill out the application and submit it. If you need assistance logging in, contact Snake River HOA Management at (208) 855-0505.
