Dues and Payment Information
The 2024 Hunter's Point HOA dues are $450 Annually (plus a $110 irrigation fee for North Slope, Royal Ridge, and Sunrise Crossing - these three sections west of Middleton Road are on the Red Hawk Golf Course irrigation system. Herron Springs and Miller Crossing - east of Middleton Road - are on the Nampa City irrigation system and pay a separate city irrigation tax). New owner transfer fee is $90.00
Accounting, billing, and CC&R monitoring and compliance are managed through the Snake River Homeowners Association Management company. You will receive the bill for your annual homeowners dues from Snake River. Send all payments to:
