The Hunter's Point Home Owners Association is self-managed by resident directors dedicating their time and efforts to maintaining the high-quality lifestyle of our community. The HOA is managed through a 5-member Board of Directors elected for one-year terms.
In addition, the Board has established several committees, including the Architectural Control Committee, Communications/Landscape Committee, and the Irrigation Committee to perform the functions needed to keep the community vibrant, property values high, and to meet the needs of Hunters Point owners.
The Association is managed in accordance with Idaho Law, the Covenants and Bylaws, and in accordance with the CC&Rs which clarify management processes. Go to our Resources page to view or download key HOA documents.
The Association is always in need of new volunteers, and the Board welcomes all volunteers.
